Problem:

In Serial Switch / 2 switch mode, a single press of the switch jumps the scan box through more than one choice.

Solution:

There may be more than one instance of the serial switch utility open - or the serial switch utility may be set to 'continuous' rather than 'single step'.

Problem:

Not all options are available in the Options/Appearance menu - e.g. when trying to go from window to full screen.

Solution:

Load a configuration file by clicking 'load' at the bottom of the screen.

Network Installation Tips:

Server:

 

Install the program following the stand-alone installation instructions and use the default folders for installing.

Client:

 

1. Map a drive from the client machine to the server.
2. Run the client program and type in the password.
3. At the Program Files Dialogue Box: Browse to the server and open the inclusive folder.
At the Resources dialogue box: do the same.
At the User Settings dialogue box: do the same.
